About the Central West End Dog Parks

Central West End Dog Parks (CWEDP), a Missouri Nonprofit corporation, was founded as a grass-roots organization in 2000. The mission of CWEDP is to create and maintain multi-acre fenced-in, safe recreational areas for dog owners and their dogs to promote social interaction of people and dogs, making the community more attractive to new and current residents, increasing green space, reducing crime and fostering cohesive communities.
CWEDP seeks to improve conditions for dogs and their owners in the city by encouraging familiarity and training of our dogs. CWEDP also shares and disseminates information to other communities for their own dog park establishments.
