Join Us
Membership requires that your dog be spayed or neutered, at least 4 months of age, and current on vaccines. Our membership year runs from August 1 through July 31. While you may join at any time, members joining after August 1 will be subject to payment again at the next annual membership drive.
If you are interested in joining CWE Dog Parks, you must fill out the attached application and waiver. You will note that we require proof of rabies shot from your vet's office. Please mail (nothing will be accepted via e-mail, fax or dropped off at the dog park) application, waiver, shot records, payment and self addressed stamped envelope (checks payable to CWE Dog Parks) to:

Note: Please add $25 for each additional dog.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. Nothing will be processed without all information completed, records provided, payment and self-addressed stamped envelope. You will receive a tag to show proof of membership and the gate code via mail. This tag needs to be worn or brought to the park at all times for proof of membership.
TRIAL MEMBERSHIP: CWE Dog Parks policy on trial membership is that you must fill out all paper work, provide rabies shot records and a check payable to CWE Dog Parks. We will set up a time for you to enter the park for a 24 hour period. If you decide not to join the park and there is no incident that would cause us to file a claim on our insurance, your check will be returned.
