Park Rules
1. Dogs and owners may use the park between 8:00 a.m. to one hour after sunset, daily.
2. ALL dogs MUST be at least 4 months old and fixed.
3. Dogs must be properly licensed and vaccinated and must wear their tags.
4. Pet owners assume all liability for their dog's behavior (damage or injury).
5. When owners and their pets are using the dog park, they must have in possession at all times, a leash for their dog, which shall be worn by the dog at all times it is not in the dog park.
6. All dogs must be under visual and voice control by owners at all times.
a. Dog owners must remain in the park and within view of their dog at all times.
b. Owners are responsible for limiting excessive barking and for filling holes their dog may dig.
c. There is a limit of 3 dogs per visitor.
7. Dogs must be removed from Dog Park at the first sign of aggression. Any dog involved in a fight must leave the park for a two hour "cooling off period" regardless of "who started it."
8. Any sick dogs, dogs with external parasites, and dogs receiving treatment for contagious eye/ear/skin conditions are banned from the park until their treatment is complete.
9. Owners must clean up their dog's feces and dispose of it in the sponsor-provided waste containers.
10. No children under the age of 12 are allowed inside the park fence. Children between the ages of 12 and 15 (inclusive) are allowed at the park when accompanying a parent or guardian.
11. Use of choke, prong, pinch and spiked collars are not permitted in the dog park.
12. Owners are responsible for disposing of their cigarette butts (not on the ground or over the fence)
13. No food /glass permitted inside the park.
14. Professional dog trainers may not use the facilities in the conduct of their business.
15. Bicycles, roller blades, roller skates, skateboards and strollers, and the like, are not permitted in the exercise area. Wheelchairs are permitted.
